The average time is three to four nights to sleep train and establish better sleep habits with you and your child. Occasionally as few as two nights is needed but rarely more than four. My programme, developed over the last 14 years, use the best established practice from a number of leading authorities on sleep training, plus my own unique experiences of helping hundreds of families achieve restful sleep.
There is a little crying on nights one and two whilst your baby gets accustomed to the new way of falling asleep, but by night three there is usually no to very little crying. I have learnt what really works to minimise the stress for all involved - effectively!
No. Whilst there will be some crying, it is very well controlled and I will be going in to comfort your baby / child regularly following my established method. Within a very short period of time your sleep problems will be solved.
Good sleep habits can start early. My work has shown me that it by establishing good sleep practices even in the first few months can have a dramatic effect, however structured sleep training starts at 6 months. If your baby is under six months I do offer a sleep plan to help establish better sleep habits and remove bad sleep associations before they become an issue.
No. I offer a sleep training package for all budgets and circumstances. For my out of London and overseas clients , I have been offering phone /and video consultations for over 12 years . They require more involvement from you but they are amazingly effective. The package includes a follow up consultation to ensure you stay on track
