When I called Lisa I was reaching my limit being totally exhausted, I was desperate. I am a first time mum and had just listened to so many people’s opinions on how to put my baby to bed and organising his days. All of them mixed up just created a melting pot of bad habits for my baby. When Lisa arrived the response was: “ he’s just on the Australian time zone!" She evaluated and questioned everything that I was doing, both during the day and during the night; she went deeply into the bone of the matter.
It took her 4 nights and it took all my strength to not interfere in the wrong way, but I can now say that my baby is on the UK time zone and sleeps during the night. It’s not a miracle, it’s hard work and the great experience that Lisa has. And it’s the hardest things I’ve done, to trust it works although sometimes you just want to let go. But it works. It really does change bad habits and helps your baby to have a happy day full of playing time, eating right and sleeping the right amount of time; and... plenty of sleep during the night! We had a wonderful experience with her. She came to us to help us address our 5month old little boy's sleeping habits and get him into a sustainable routine. In just a few days, he was only up once during the night ( down from 3 times) and taking a 2.5hr nap at lunch time whereas before he would only do a max of 40 minutes! Lisa has totally transformed our lives by providing us with a new daily routine to compliment a good night’s sleep for our daughter. We enlisted Lisa's help for our second baby as we wanted to minimise the impact of sleep deprivation and the stress of a new baby on our new life with two young children. Lisa was the best investment we could have made and made everything so easy. She arrived the day that we came home from the hospital and immediately took all the night time stress away so that we could feel rested for the daytime. She wasn't just there to give us respite over the weeknights though, she also gave us a huge amount of advice over the ten weeks she was with us that would help us in the immediate term and after the ten weeks. Any question or concern we had, baby sleep-related or not, her advice always proved to be spot on and meant we had a happy, healthy baby and mum.
